     The Illinois state Senate recently passed a bill that mandates sex education teachers to educate students regarding contraception as well as abstinence. And, just teaching the failure rates won't cut it.      "The bill calls for 'age appropriate' and 'medically accurate' materials that emphasize not only abstinence but also contraception to avoid pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.

In the wake of the recent federal budget crisis and the move to limit the funding of Planned Parenthood- the largest abortion provider in the United States- there has been a huge outcry from those claiming PP uses tax money for abortion and the subsequent retalliation of those saying the organization does no such thing.
