The Every 15 Minutes Event at Rhea County High School March 26, 2012. This was a program organized by the Rhea County Anti-Drug Coalition (RCAD) and the Rhea County Sheriff's Department. It was presented to raise awareness of the dangers of drinking and/or texting while driving.

David Wise just made history winning the first ever gold medal in freeski halfpipe.  Once the 23-year-old brought home the victory, NBC released a story claiming his "alternative lifestyle" helped him reach that goal.  What is his "alternative lifestyle?" He's 23, married, and a father. What do you think? In our culture, is this type of lifestyle becoming the "alternative?" And, do you think his focus on family rather than partying contributed to his success?
